What I’m doing now

I recently came across the concept of having a Now page and thought it would be a great way to share what I’m working on and set my focus each month.

So, welcome to my Now page!

I am currently taking a gap year off from my MD/PhD program to be a digital nomad, and focusing on these things:

  • Enjoying some time to travel with my husband (currently road-tripping the eastern coast of Australia and soon to be New Zealand!) Loving the weather. Trying to avoid surf rash, snakes, and spiders!
  • Managing our ongoing AIP study for eczema and psoriasis.
  • Launching a new gut-health related startup (just got a final interview with Y Combinator!)
  • Trying to get back into the writing routine so I can finally finish an article on the oxygen-dysbiosis connection
  • Opening a few more client slots for one-on-one consultations. Putting together my own health masterplan as an example for client self-empowerment.
  • Making plans for several courses related to gut health
  • Revamping and updating this website a bit
  • Listening (and re-listening to) The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Letting go of ego, judgment, and perfectionism and living more in the present.
  • Using social media very sparingly and focusing on work that matters.
